Ordering

Orders are shipped via UPS or “best rate.” All orders are shipped within 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE THAT UPS WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. Shipping charges are based on actual weight, size of shipping container, and zip code rather than the dollar-amount of the shipment. To save money on shipping we try to bundle multiple item orders.

Purchasers will be notified by e-mail when the order is shipped. If shipped by UPS, the tracking number is also e-mailed to purchaser.

Major Credit cards are accepted. However, customers wishing to pay by check or money order (in U.S. Dollars) should mail check/money order to:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are pre-paid in U.S. Dollars. All taxes, custom clearance fees, import handling fees, delivery fees, etc., are on a “collect basis” and therefore the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping and handling must be researched prior to placing an order and a quote and International Order Form will be e-mailed to you to obtain approval before order placement.

RETURNS

Returned goods must arrive in an acceptable condition to Nimrod Hall Copper Company. Customer assumes liability for all postage and shipping in addition to a 15 percent re-stocking fee. We strongly recommend ordering the sample package.

Custom cut copper sheets and bulk shipments (25 lb – 100 lb rolls) are non-returnable.

All copper has a bare, commercial finish.

International shipments are non-returnable.
